Enjoy An Unforgettable Vacation At Hawaii’s Kona Village Resort

If you plan on vacationing in Hawaii, you will not want to miss the beautiful Kona Village Resort. It is on the west end near the coast of Big Island known as Hawaii. While there you will be amazed with the breathtaking views of the surf and beautiful white sand. You will find a wealth of activities to engage your time while there. The resort is a virtual paradise for a beach lover's vacation wish to come through.

If you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and want to relax and unwind, then the Kona Village Resort is the ideal place for you to take it easy and allow your worries to fade away. This vacation spot caters to families with children as well as for couples who are looking for a romantic interlude.

It is truly a secluded hideaway because the Polynesian cottages do not have phones nor or television sets. This is the perfect vacation spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a calm, quiet peaceful place. You may want to stay busy by jogging on the beach, snorkeling, deep sea fish, swim or play tennis. Or how about reading a book and enjoying a glass of wine on the beach?

The resort area features over 120 individual bungalows which are tucked away and are spread across over 80 picturesque, tropical acres. The bungalows are individually designed and have a variety of features. The southern end of the Village has wonderful views of trees and lush tropical foliage. The other side of Kona Village is a tropical wonderland of wildlife, and beautiful tropical tress and plants.

After all of this activity, you are certain to be hungry. You will have your choice of two oceanfront restaurants. The menu includes a light fare, and is made up of fresh veggies from the island, chicken and fish. On Friday night you will want to enjoy the nightlife and visit the Luau night at Kona Village Resort.

The best months to visit this resort are between the months of December and April. If you are able to visit between those months, you will be able to see the migration of the Northern humpback whales. You can observe these magnificent giants from the beach as they do migrate to Hawaii.

While you are in Hawaii, you might want to take advantage of some of the tropical activities such as snorkeling, sailing and kayaking. Or how about a game of tennis or beach volleyball? If you enjoy fishing, Hawaii is the place to go! You may want to rent a boat for the day and spend it deep sea fishing or snorkeling.
