Also, make note of what items they do not supply and what you will need to bring with you.

The next concern is where you want to fish. You will need to decide if you want to take a short day trip or if you want to take an extended trip. Try to get as much information as possible from the boat service; they will know exactly where the great fishing spots are.

Keep in mind, you will need some basic things such as bottled water, fishing equipment, extra clothes and a life jacket. The boat company may provide these items for free or for a small fee. Make sure you inquire, before purchasing extra equipment that you do not need.

Dress comfortably! It will get warm out there so you might want to wear loose fitting clothes such as, a t-shirt and shorts. And, do not forget a hat, sunscreen and glasses. Water! The boat company may supply refreshments with the boat rental. If not, you will need to stock up before you get out on the water. You also might want to bring some healthy snacks such as fruit, granola bars and crackers.
